What the app does
AI Ads Manager lets you connect an advertising account, create, edit, publish and pause campaigns, view performance, set up conversion tracking and audit your Shopify catalog against product feed requirements. OpenAI Ads is currently the only supported platform.
You are responsible for your campaigns, your advertising account, your budgets and all advertising charges. A campaign you publish can spend money up to the budget you set. We do not guarantee feed acceptance, ad approval, ad delivery, ranking, sales or revenue. Catalog results apply only to the products covered by a scan.
Pricing
The Free plan lets you view and pause campaigns, see limited reporting and audit up to 5 products. Paid plans are billed monthly through Shopify, and their prices and limits are shown on our Pricing page and in the app. You approve any charge through Shopify, and you can change or cancel your plan there at any time. Advertising platforms charge separately under their own terms.
Your accounts and acceptable use
Only connect advertising accounts you own or are authorized to use, and follow the advertising platform's terms and policies. You are responsible for lawful data sharing and customer consent. Keep your API keys secure, and do not send them to us by email.
Do not use the service to access another store's data, get around limits or consent controls, compromise our systems or break the law. We may restrict use where necessary for security, legal or platform compliance reasons. We are independent of Shopify and OpenAI and are not endorsed by them.
Your data and cancellation
You keep all rights in your store data and allow us to process it as needed to provide the service, as described in our Privacy policy. You can stop at any time by uninstalling the app through Shopify. Uninstalling does not stop campaigns in your advertising account, so pause them first.
Availability
We may update the service, and it may be interrupted by maintenance, platform changes or third-party outages. We do not promise uninterrupted operation or compatibility with every catalog.
Liability and changes
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as is, without any guarantee of advertising or commercial results. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded. Please contact us first about any dispute. We will tell you about material changes through an appropriate channel, and the date on this page shows the current version.
