Make a request
Email contact@thaviq.com with the subject "AI Ads Manager privacy request" and the relevant shop domain. Tell us whether you are the merchant or a storefront customer, and what you need. Please do not include passwords or customer records. We may verify your authority before acting.
What uninstalling removes
Uninstalling the app through Shopify ends its access to your store. We then delete that shop's sessions, advertising credentials, authorization state and operational records from our database. We do the same when Shopify sends a shop-redaction request. Disconnecting an ad account in the app removes its saved key.
What may remain
Campaigns, pixels, feeds and data already held in your OpenAI account are not deleted, so manage them there. Summaries in app-owned Shopify storage can remain for a period under Shopify's lifecycle rules. Logs, backups and records we must keep by law follow their own retention schedules, so deletion from every system may not be immediate.
Storefront customers
We do not keep a customer event dataset. Please contact the store first, because the merchant controls that relationship. You can also email us if you need help working out where to send a request.
